The story
I'm Andrew Allen. I grew up watching contractors in Greenville work hard, do good work, and still struggle to get consistent calls. Not because they weren't good at what they do — but because they weren't showing up on Google the way the newer, less experienced guys were.
The difference almost always came down to reviews. The contractors getting the most calls weren't necessarily the best. They were the ones with the most visible, trusted-looking Google profiles.
I started Client Connect Co. to close that gap. We handle the whole thing — the profile, the review system, the follow-ups, the responses — so they can focus on the work they’re actually good at. I started with contractors, but the same gap hits every local business that lives on reviews — auto shops, salons, clinics, and more — so we help all of them now.
We’re based in Greenville and serve local businesses nationwide — starting close to home and growing from there. The gap is the same everywhere: good businesses lose to whoever looks more trusted on Google.
The mission

How we work

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Client Connect Co. ("we," "us," or "our"), a reputation management company based in Greenville, South Carolina. By signing up for or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Client Connect Co. provides Google Business Profile optimization, automated review request management, review response drafting, and related reputation management services for local service businesses. We do not guarantee any specific number of reviews, star ratings, or business outcomes. Results depend on factors including customer responsiveness and the nature of your business.
To receive our services, you agree to:
We operate strictly in accordance with Google's review policies. We will never write reviews on behalf of customers, purchase or incentivize reviews, submit requests to non-customers, or attempt to suppress negative reviews through improper means. Any client who directs us to do so will have service terminated immediately without refund.
Services are billed monthly in advance. The Standard plan includes a one-time setup fee of $297 charged at enrollment. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice.
All plans require a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, service is month-to-month with 30 days' written notice to cancel. No refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
Content we create on your behalf becomes your property upon delivery. You grant us a limited license to access and manage your Google Business Profile solely for the purposes of providing our services.
Client Connect Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 30 days prior to any claim. We are not responsible for Google's platform changes or policy updates.
We may terminate service immediately for violation of the Review Integrity Policy, providing false information, or conduct that could damage our reputation or violate applicable law.
Governed by the laws of South Carolina. Disputes resolved in the courts of Greenville County, SC.

From clients: Business name, contact name, phone number, email address, business address, and Google Business Profile access credentials.
From your customers (provided by you): Name and phone number or email, used solely to send review requests on your behalf.
From website visitors: Standard analytics data. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information or your customers' information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Contact information you provide for your customers is used exclusively to send review requests. We do not contact your customers for any other purpose. This data is deleted upon termination of your service.
We use industry-standard security practices. Access to client information is limited to personnel who need it to provide services.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.
Our services involve interaction with Google's platform. Google's privacy practices are governed by Google's own Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for Google's data practices.
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
